The Wellness Program at Project Transition takes a collaborative approach to a healthy mind, body, and spirit. Persons with serious mental illness and related challenges face many health risks along with obstacles to accessing consistent and supportive healthcare.
Areas of focus in our Wellness programming:
- Individualized Wellness Assessments
- Health and Wellness Workshops
- We stress the integration and maintenance of a healthy mind, body, and spirit. Our members are encouraged to enjoy recreational free time with friends and family. Member favorites are skiing, hiking, camping, dining out, bowling, and shopping.
